Open Role: Healthcare Recruiter
As a Healthcare Recruiter at Humanista, you’ll make a direct impact by connecting skilled nurses, allied professionals, and advanced practitioners with assignments that fit their goals and schedules.
Your mission includes:
Quickly engaging with healthcare professionals seeking placements
Matching talent to assignments across our network
Assembling competitive packages and explaining benefits clearly
Guiding candidates through credentialing, contracts, and onboarding
Organizing candidate profiles and managing submissions through VMS systems
Proactively sourcing talent through social media and professional networks
Meeting daily activity goals (e.g. submitting 5–10 candidates)
Nurturing long-term relationships with professionals and facility partners
Ideal candidates will have:
A background in healthcare staffing or recruitment (preferred)
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Familiarity with sourcing tools and social platforms
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
